birthday season

I realized recently that we have no weddings this year after so many years of multiples. My mom had told me to enjoy the season, as it passes. 

It's now the season of children, and again it can be overwhelming how many parties and showers there are, but I certainly want to appreciate them while they're here. So many of us struggle to have children, and it's a gift I don't take for granted.
