veggie fried rice





recipe:
1 cup cooked rice
snow peas
broccoli 
shallots
2 eggs
soy sauce
sesame oil 
cooking oil

While rice is cooking, boil water to blanch veggies.  When rice is about done, saute shallots in a hot oiled pan.  Add rice, eggs, soy sauce, sesame and blanched veggies and stir frequently for a few minutes until done.
