i love the holiday season, as it means lots of good food and more time with family and friends.
i made stuffed mushrooms for "friendsgiving" party on wednesday night. they were loosely based on this recipe, but with red wine, sauteed onion, and veggie broth. they were a hit even with carnivores, as they have a "meaty" texture with all the mushroom.
