csa supper

we get a weekly box of produce from allandale farm ("boston's last working farm") in the summer.  everything is delicious, but i have to think creatively when a box of surprises shows up each week. 


not pictured was the crowning jewel of the meal: a cilantro-garlic pesto to top the pizza.

easy recipe:
  • cilantro
  • garlic scapes (curly green garlic tendrils)
  • radishes (since we had so many)
  • good olive oil
add above ingredients to a food processor and salt to taste.  yum!
