arugula, potato, and green bean salad with roasted walnuts

we've been getting big bags of green beans through our farm share, and i just was at a loss on what to do this week.  i followed this recipe almost exactly (which i rarely do, i like to wing it), and we loved it - the creamy mustard dressing really tied it all together.

we ate it on the back porch during a summer storm.  wow, summer rain smells amazing!!!
