butternut squash, caramelized onion, and goat cheese pizza


1. roast a cubed butternut squash (20 min at 400 degrees) and caramelize a half onion (20 min over a low flame)
2. coat a pizza crust (we use whole wheat pita fresh from the lebanese shop down the street) with olive oil and a minced garlic clove
3. distribute caramelized onion, butternut squash, and goat cheese evenly, add a little fresh cracked pepper, and top with shaved almonds for texture.  bake at 400 for 15-20 min or until the crust is browned.
