butternut squash gratin

yes, that's mounds of gooey cheese browned on top... not everyday food, but thanksgiving is a time to indulge :) we're headed up to 1 of dave's 4 brothers' houses for the holiday. looking forward to good food, good company, and relaxing :)

my family will be with grandma jo as she recovers from her hip replacement. wish i could be there too.
