summer salads

can you write a "recipe" for fruit salad?
well, my secret is a little lemon and honey.  it marinades the flavors. 

as for the corn salsa combine:
- 3 ears fresh corn, silk and husk removed
- 1 can of black beans, rinsed
- 1 mild green pepper
- 2 small limes, juiced
- a few diced cherry tomatoes
- cilantro, salt, and pepper

it was delicious in a quesadilla for lunch.
