oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

holly was so nice to come over and cook us dinner in our own house.  delicious black bean burgers with an orange salsa and cornbread.  a lovely ending to a long week.

i made these cookies, but added extra flour and some applesauce. next time i won't.  that's what i don't like about baking.  you can't improvise.
