lentil salad

i am contributing this lentil salad as the vegetarian entree for easter dinner tomorrow.  (i made a double batch, so that we could have it for dinner tonight too - served over arugula - the goat cheese makes it!).



so thankful for this sunny weekend!  what a looong winter it has been!
