I have been so busy with our sweet baby girl. Between the heat of summer and the demands of a newborn, I haven't done much cooking.
I have made a few salads. They're easy when summer produce is just amazing.
For a dressing I recommend making a simple one with good olive oil, fresh lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. It makes such a difference over store-bought.
